These guys are amazing and they worked extremely hard l to sell my property. Selling from abroad can be difficult but Deni kept me informed at every stage, sending regular emails and making phone calls to London to explain what happening with the sale. When it came to the signing of documents,receiving deposits and of course exchanging contracts, they made this easy for me and everything went through without a hitch. They communicated well with my solicitor in Dunedin and I found the whole process straightforward. I received an excellent price for the property and no pressures were exerted from Deni or Sean to sell unless I was happy with the offer/s I was receiving. Both guys were easy to talk to and they explained everything clearly and honestly. They did everything that they promised when they took on the sale of my property and for that I am very grateful Thanks for your hard work in selling my home.
