Kevin is a man who does everything by the book but works tirelessly to produce the best result for his clients. He is readily available by phone, and his research is exhaustive, and realistic. He is not an agent who leads clients into unrealistic expectations, or makes promises of unrealistic sale prices just to get the sale. Interestingly, despite this, he managed to acheive a price for my property well above what I was expecting.
