I chose Vince after considering other salespeople and it proved to be a great decision. The sale was seamless and Vince took care of everything with frequent and appropriate feedback and excellent communication. I felt very comfortable with Vince, he was accomodating and had a very professional but friendly demeanour. I felt comfortable with him leading the way .I had a firm offer 3 days after the first open home and it sold soon after.
