Making Dreams Come True

Melissa not only sold our home but aided us in searching for another while we readied to sell, listening carefully to our needs and wants and sending us options regularly. She went out of her way to take us to private viewings of multiple homes and provided us honest opinions about the homes rather than lies just to get the commission. Melissa took us through this place and we knew instantly this was perfect for us in almost every way. Because we were conditional to the sale of our own home, the purchase timeframe was stressful for us while we worried about who could come and put a better offer down than we could. Melissa kept in regular contact with the agent selling the property, asking for updates on our behalf, requesting documents from the sellers on our behalf when needed, and even came into the house to measure things and walk around answering any questions we had while we were on the phone. She didn't need to do any of that, but she became the middleman without complaint and was more than happy to help us in any way she possibly could.
