The team were very well organised and embraced technology to remove all the paperwork and ensure that we were always kept up-to-date with activity levels and any relevant information. Our tenants were also always well informed of open homes or buyers coming through the property. The result was a sale that exceeded our expectations on a few fronts; price, communication and convenience.
