Outstanding

My first impressions of Rob was of professional behaviour, honest and helpful. This carried on throughout the entire experience. He gave a realistic idea of how long the property would be on the market for and how much it could sell for without trying to oversell the idea. Living out of town, it was difficult to do the necessary work to tidy things up, Rob organised the relevant tradespeople to get things up to scratch and check their work and didn't expect or pressure me for extra payment. There was quite a bit of planning to get that sorted and he did far more than I could reasonably ask for. We were so impressed with what he did for us and I don't see how the experience could have been improved upon. I will look for any chance I get to refer other people to him. Thank you Rob
