Outstanding agent who got a tough deal across the line for us as first home buyers

This was not an easy deal. There were multiple reschedules and plenty of back and forth, but Ricky worked both the vendor and buyer sides and was the driving force that got it across the line. As first home buyers, the whole process can feel overwhelming, and he made sure we always understood what was happening. He was professional, gave thorough explanations, and offered solid advice throughout. His availability was exceptional, always happy to chat and willing to call after hours when needed. I genuinely don't think this deal would have happened without him, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
