If you want your house sold in this difficult property market, contact Lee Dickens. We had a lifestyle block with a small house and shed - both unconsented but in tidy, move in ready condition. Of the four agents we initially contacted to sell our home, two said they had so many listings on their books that were not selling, they were being selective what else the choose to list. One other suggested we remove the windows, doors, water tanks and solar system & sell as land only as no-one would want the buildings.
