His passion for real estate later led him into sales, where he enjoyed a successful tenure as a sales agent. After a break from the industry, the opportunity to return to property management felt like coming home. For Wesley, the industry is about more than just property – it’s about people. “Although this is a property industry, it is people-centric – landlords, tenants, contractors, suppliers, colleagues, etc.” Wesley is passionate about building a team grounded in trust, work ethic, and honesty – values that form the cornerstone of their service. Before joining the property management industry, Ben spent three years as a District Court Bailiff in the greater Waikato region.
