Overview

Niche Coastal Subdivision

Positioned at the southern end of this coastal subdivision, Lot 9 offers an outstanding 1.59 hectare elevated building site with coastal views overlooking Brighton and right down to Taieri Mouth. Located above Green Island, this subdivision enjoys expansive vistas across Dunedin City and the coastal line. One of only four sections remaining, Lot 9 combines the appeal of a peaceful rural environment with the convenience of being just 8.5km to the Octagon. Entry is via Green Island Bush Road into McKenzie Drive, providing a straightforward access while maintaining a peaceful rural setting. Power is available to the boundary, and the site is well suited for a range of building options to take full advantage of its elevation and outlook. The existing trees on the section will be removed by the vendor prior to settlement, creating an open site ready for your building plans and enhancing the surrounding views. Become part of a welcoming rural community while still being within close proximity to city amenities, schools, and services. A rare opportunity to secure a generous lifestyle section in a sought-after location above Green Island.
