Lot 4 North West Bay

North West Bay Marlborough

Overview

This is not a test of the market. This is a genuine opportunity, vendors demand action. After a substantial price reduction, this waterfront section in North West Bay now represents some of the best buying in the Marlborough Sounds. Positioned for superb sun, natural shelter from prevailing winds, and sweeping water views, the property sits beneath a canopy of established native trees, offering privacy and a sense of permanence that new subdivisions simply can't replicate. Over 50 years ago, when the bay was first subdivided, the current owners chose this section above all others. They had first pick - and they chose this one. The reasons are still obvious today: elevation, aspect, usability, and protection. There are multiple potential building platforms to explore, a nearby jetty for easy access, and a freshwater stream running through the property - adding both charm and practicality. Wake to birdsong. Fish off the rocks. Kayak the bay. Or simply sit back and take in the quiet that only the Sounds can deli
