Overview

Off-Grid Private Retreat! - Pitone

** UNDER CONTRACT: Open home cancelled 7 Dec 2025 - call or text for more information** Set on 2.8570 hectares with panoramic views of the coastline and Kaitake ranges, this three-bedroom + Office (or 4th bedroom), two-bathroom home offers space, privacy, and a fully self-sufficient lifestyle. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area sits at the centre of the home, with a gas stove, scullery, and a gorgeous outlook over the sweeping lawn and views beyond. It's a calm, welcoming space to come home to. The home is warm and dry, with Terralana insulation, thermally broken windows with low-E glass and argon fill, concrete floors, two woodburners, and a wetback for efficient heating. The property runs fully off-grid with solar, battery, and septic. Established gardens, and the surrounding land support a self-sustaining way of living that the Vendors have loved. The end wing was the living quarters while the build was completed, and it now functions as a workshop with its own bathroom and laundry. There is allowance to add a garage door later if you wish. An office or study adds flexibility for anyone working from home. Native bush, quiet surroundings, and steady birdlife create a peaceful day-to-day environment. This home has been built with care and lived in with pride. Visitors always comment on the privacy, the quiet, and the views. It is modern, practical, and ready to move into, with space to shape it to your own style over time. Subject to final CCC Sign-off. Deadline Sale 16 December 2025 (unless sold prior) Negotiable over $799,000 - RV $880,000
