PRIME GRAZING / SUPPLEMENT PROPERTY

If you are looking to step back from farming but not ready to retire yet and wish to maintain your interest in the land and animals but at a quieter pace, then this could definitely be for you. This superb and attractive property comprising 26 hectares of flat quality land located a short drive off the highway and located 15 minutes drive from New Plymouth is a must to come and inspect. Beautifully laid out with races accessing the 30 odd paddocks, hedging and other trees not only add shelter but also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property. Town water supply is reticulated to troughs in all paddocks as well as the residence. Our Vendors are currently grazing 87 dairy heifers May to May but also harvest a good amount of supplementary feed off the property each year. The modern 2108 built Hassall home comprises three bedrooms plus an office with main bedroom with ensuite. The open plan living areas are heated by a free standing log fire with heat transfer. A large five bay lockup shed which has concrete floor and power leads the outbuildings along with another storage / hayshed, cattle yards with loadout and a haybarn. It's not often properties of this quality and presentation come to the market and being in such a handy location to the local town amenities and a relatively short drive to the city. A property that needs to be inspected to be appreciated. Open Days: Sunday 15th November and Friday 20th November 1pm Tender Close Wednesday 9th December 1pm, 269 Broadway Stratford.
