Overview

41 YEARS OF OWNERSHIP A BIG DO-UP

Auction: 62 Highbrook Drive, East Tamaki on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 1:00PM (unless sold prior) After 41 years of ownership, our vendors are finally ready to let this one go. And what they are leaving behind is not just one home, it’s TWO DWELLINGS sitting on a huge 964m² section, with approximately 177m² of total floor area. Yes, it needs work. Actually, it needs a LOT of work. But sometimes the biggest opportunities are the ones that need you to look past what you see today and imagine what it could become. The main dwelling offers: • 5 bedrooms • 1 study • 1 ensuite • 1 common bathroom • Separate toilet • Living room • Family room • Open-plan kitchen and dining The second dwelling offers: • 2 bedrooms • Kitchen • Living and dining • Separate bathroom • Single garage That’s 7 bedrooms across two dwellings, plenty of living space and a very generous section — all in a sought-after Mangere East location. Whether you’re looking for space for a large family, extended family living, extra accommodation or a project you can make your own, there are plenty of options here. This is not a property you buy because it is already perfect. You buy it because you can see what it could be. AND HERE’S THE CATCH… There will be ONLY 3 VIEWING OPPORTUNITIES before this property sells. That’s it. So if you’ve been looking for a big project with plenty of space, two dwellings and a story behind it, make sure you come and see this one.
