Act Now – Sale Needed to Secure Vendor’s Next Home

Who would have thought you could step onto the property ladder or enjoy retirement in such an incredible beachside location at this price? Just a few minutes’ walk to Narrow Neck Beach, 3/77 Old Lake Road is a serene upper-level one-bedroom unit perched among the treetops. From the moment you step inside, the warm golden bamboo floors and floor-to-ceiling picture windows create an inviting and airy atmosphere. Natural light floods the carefully maintained space, while the elevated position offers views through the beautiful pohutukawa tree, stretching out to North Head and beyond. The insulated unit features convenient ramp access and good storage inside and out, including a spacious downstairs locker, perfect for bikes, suitcases, and more. With an equal share of 2,023m² of land, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the lush lawn with friends and family. A modest contribution covers building insurance, lawn care, and maintenance, ensuring effortless living. Plus, recent upgrades including sleek glass balustrades, resurfaced decks and walkways, and an upcoming roof refresh mean all the hard work has been done and paid for. And the location? Simply unbeatable! Whether you’re swimming in summer or enjoying coastal walks in winter, the beach is at your doorstep. Shops and public transport are within easy reach, connecting you to Devonport Village, the ferry, and Takapuna.
