Overview

Modern living, home & income, panoramic views

Welcome to 2 Evergreen Place, Sunshine Bay - a superbly positioned freehold home that has been extensively renovated to deliver flexibility, comfort, and modern living. The upper level features three generous bedrooms, including a master suite with ensuite, complemented by a stylish family bathroom and separate toilet. A well‑designed study nook provides an ideal work‑from‑home space. The contemporary kitchen impresses with its striking benchtop, large gas hob, walk‑in pantry, and expansive views, flowing seamlessly to the dedicated dining area and a welcoming lounge warmed by a wood burner for cozy winter evenings. Downstairs, a spacious laundry with excellent storage accompanies a further two bedrooms, complete with their own lounge and kitchen. With separate external access - and the option to incorporate the one‑bedroom sleepout - the current owners successfully operate this level as an Airbnb homestay, generating strong returns. It’s an ideal setup for home‑and‑income, extended family living, or guest accommodation. Set on a generous 749sqm section with approximately 250sqm of living space, the property includes well‑maintained grounds, a separate garden shed, a double carport, and an internally accessed garage upgraded with lining, carpet, and workshop space. Enjoy breathtaking views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountain ranges, unwind in the spa pool on the deck, and appreciate the privacy and tranquillity this exceptional Sunshine Bay location provides. A versatile and beautifully presented property, with bespoke finishings - one not to be missed.
