Perfect in every aspect

Working with Kodie made buying our first house such a breeze, any questions we had were answered and in a way we would understand with never dealing with any part of the process before, wasn’t pushy at open homes which was nice to experience for once but was there to answer any questions we had and if there was no answer to the question at that time she made sure to find the info out as soon as she could really pushing above and beyond to help us out. Worked great for trying to get a great price for the vendors as well as working with us buyers not going above our budget expectations. All around will be highly recommending Kodie to anyone who’s looking at wanting to sell or buy their next home :))
