Himanshu helped the reviewer sell this property

Highly recommended!

As first time sellers, we were unsure of the process involved and putting out family home of 50 years on the market was an anxious time. Himanshu Adhikari eased our apprehension and has made our whole experience one that not only saw success with Sale by Auction but rightly deserves acknowledgement and praise for his experience and professionalism in Real Estate. Exceptionally organized, planning was carried out to schedule. Any queries we had were answered promptly and honestly. There was never a time when we were left wondering 'what next?' We trusted we were in safe hands with Himanshu. My siblings and I have nothing but sincerest thanks and appreciation for his work and all he has accomplished for us. Although we were among other clients he had, his commitment to us was never wavered and he always communicated respectfully with professionalism and integrity. We would be happy to highly recommend the Real Estate services of Himanshu Adhikari and the team at Harcourts.
