For our initial meeting, Pam came prepared with up to date information and statistics about the local market. Even though I initially had reservations about selling at auction, Pam made a very convincing case why this would be the best option to take for our property. Indeed, we sold the house at auction within four weeks of listing with Pam in the role as auctioneer. I very much liked Pam’s strategy in marketing and selling the house - she was totally professional, had impressive market expertise and is a wonderful communicator.
