My wife and I have bought and sold many houses over the years, but this was important as my mothers home. It was a property full of potential, looking for the right new owner, but in a challenging market. Stephanie is the best, with support of a great team including hard work by Erin Farrow for the final contract. We found Stephanie honest, market knowledgeable and a real person we could talk to. She ran so many open homes, and always gave great feedback on any opportunity, phone call and email they received. We truly thought they worked hard, and gave us real feedback on the value of the property in today's market. We don't think anyone else could have been as successful in selling this property.
