Kimberly contacted me proactively following a sale she had made locally, to see if I was interested in getting a valuation or to list my own home. This call came at an opportune time because I had some new build townhouses that I was ready to list. I mentioned this and she was very keen to meet on site to see the townhouses. Given her proactive approach and energy, I agreed and we met shortly afterwards. I was really impressed with her considered suggestions about some changes she recommended. I made those changes, and they proved to be valuable ones. I listed with Kimberly and her colleague Wendy, and was very thankful to have done so.
