Gurjit helped the reviewer sell this property

Proactive from the start, always helpful and always available

Her first rural sale, but this did not matter. What she may have lacked in rural sales knowledge she made up for with her enthusiasm. She was always available to answer our questions. and she aways did her utmost to achieve what we were looking for from our sale. Always batting for us and not just looking for a sale regardless of offer. We gained trust in her attitude and honesty which is rare in my experience with agents. Her flying start into selling our property was awesome, leaving the rest behind in being proactive and looking after us from the start. Other enquiries to other agents failed not because they did not know their subject but because they lacked interest to some extent in us as vendors. expecting the commission and when we were asked "why did we go for Century 21" over them, the answer was simply we just said we liked their agent and though she could do a good job for us. And she did thanks a lot Gurjit. Hard work brings reward. Would recommend her to any prospective vendor
