Steve & Jake work well as a team, it's like working with one. They know how to tailor the marketing to suit the property based on the current market. They are proactive to make changes as the buyer's activity changes. All communication is detailed but easy to understand for an inexperienced seller. They are both professional in all they do but in a friendly way and are very accommodating to all the seller's needs. I would recommend Steve and Jake for selling any property.
