A Pushy Professional Negotiator

May Ma assisted with my purchase of a property earlier this year and did a fantastic job. She was very professional with her followup after my initial enquiries, when many agents for other properties didn't seem as motivated. She was pushy enough to get me to put an offer in writing, when I'd have otherwise delayed, or looked elsewhere. However, she only pushed enough that to prompt me to action, not so much that it would cause resentment or ill feelings. When the vendor and I seemed to be at an impasse on price negotiations, she negotiated with us both and found a way for us to meet in the middle. I have a lot of respect for how she conducted herself, and think that she is an excellent agent. Some agents favour the purchasers, some the vendors, but I feel that May Ma strikes a great balance between both.
