Beautiful to deal with

It was a superb experience to deal with Sophie and Flash. They've been very accommodating with multiple opportunities for viewing and there were never too many questions! They were very professional yet friendly. They were very thorough throughout the process of negotiation but it didn't stop there. They always made themselves available through the conditional period and before settlement, including meeting all the small, not standard requirements. I felt very well looked after and in great hands with them. Thank you for making this process human, not just a business transaction. Adding warmth and a personal understanding to my circumstances made this process very enjoyable.
