Great experience from beginning to end!

Everyone around you when selling and buying a house thinks it’s a very exciting time. In reality, it’s very stressful and it’s hard to feel excited until you’ve finally moved into your new house! 🏠 🎉 Alice and the team surrounded us with support from the get go. Responsive is an understatement! Very professional, yet friendly and down to earth. Great market knowledge of our area with a realistic yet determined approach. A feeling that you’re in it together and you can tell they are committed to getting you the best outcome possible. We were doing a quick campaign to try to align with the settlement date of a house we’d fell in love with. Complete whirlwind of numerous open homes, constantly providing us with feedback and reasonable ideas to satisfy potential buyers. An emotional roller coaster ride at times. Waves of feeling like it was hopeless. So, we would meet up with Alice and instantly be reassured. She would remind us that it only takes 1 buyer and would focus us back on the positive aspects when we had slipped into the negatives.
