Brian was extremely pleasant to deal with rich knowledge of real estate and current market trends. He makes the sale of property in challenging times look simple and easy thus taking the stress off the seller. Brian is so proactive and professional in trying new ways to attract viewers to come to the property at open homes. He even goes out of his way to have additional open homes in the evenings to cater to people who are busy over the weekends. He never hesitates to update us as sellers after each open homes and the weekly response to the open homes. Brian is a one stop real estate agent as he helped us from the start to secure the services of cleaners, staging company and solicitor.
