Being based in Australia, but with a property to sell in CHCH, I found Mohit very easy to deal with. The whole process from listing the property to its sale at auction was complete within 3-4 weeks. I was provided with regular updates via email, phone call, WhatsApp messaging and video calls. Any documents that required signatures were done so quickly with DocuSign.
