Yvenna is a force of nature. Fast and efficient. Sold our property in less than 2 weeks after just one weekend of open homes and for the price we wanted. She gave us great marketing advice which obviously paid off. Although we were overseas vendors (with a big time difference) communication was excellent. We were kept up to date every step of the way, and good use was made of technology to ensure communication was swift. Yvenna gives 100%. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
