On the passing of my mother we decided to sell the property at 102 Wade River Road. We were introduced to Sue Kollerie of Barfoot and Thompson by a mutual friend. Sue was very professional and had a bubbly personality. She was very interested in the history of the property from when dad found the section, built the batch and finally their retirement home. Sue suggested how to market the property to get the most interest. Throughout the whole procedure we were kept informed of all the people that had shown interest at our weekly meetings and many telephone calls. On auction day Sue had about 10 people who were interested in bidding. This resulted in getting nearly double the GV price for the property.
