Nick and his team area friendly and engaging. Very keen to sell your place the best way possible. I did find that as soon as the place sold and they took their full commission from the 10% deposit, their service dropped considerably (not answering our questions) and when they did get in touch it was for the buyer so it started to feel like they were acting in the buyers interest more than our own. It was my first time selling a house so not sure if this happens with all agents.
