We had known Inder for five years and decided that he would be our preferred agent to market our property. Initially we did not want to go to auction but when Inder explained the option we saw the wisdom of his preference and decided that we would follow his experienced insights and go with his marketing strategy. As the process got under way we recognised his expertise in the quality of his presentation of the property, the depth of coverage and his ability to engage with clients and other agents to build interest in the property. On the day we sold; right on our reserve, which we consider was an excellent result in the day's market. Inder's reading of the client's mood and willingness to bid was pretty much spot on. We were well satisfied vendors. Over the six weeks of our sales campaign, we came to look forward to Inder's visits and found his friendly, realistic but positive attitude very reassuring. We knew we were in the caring and competent hands of an agent who was determined to get the very best result possible for his clients. Inder always spoke and acted with integrity, worked with diligence, and was sensitive to our wishes, when we wanted to have the auction on the Saturday rather than a Sunday.
