Carla shared expert, confident and sound knowledge and judgment from start to finish. Her ability to understand our needs, build trust and then back up that trust with a service that in my view could not have been better! She is consistent, honest and most importantly , has a wonderful sense of humour, which in a stressful time, was very appreciated.
