Impeccable!

We engaged Ben Atwill to sell our house in Clyde St, Island Bay, in October 2016. However, we had known him for some time before that, meeting him at one of his Open Homes. He was immediately interested in helping us find the house we were looking for and went above and beyond in his service to us house-hunting. His skills and knowledge impressed us so much that when it came time to sell our house we chose him in full confidence. His strategy and other advice was excellent throughout the process and proved well-founded. We also enjoyed his friendly and reassuring manner. He was always approachable and available to answer any queries we had. He even helped out with furniture rearranging and cleaning on occasion! Our house was well marketed and attracted a lot of attention, ensuring that all the interested buyers were aware of the opportunity and creating a lot of competition during the sale process.
