Achieving A Great Price for Our Dual-Key Investment Property!

We used Ali to sell our dual key investment property in the city. We were so pleased with the price Ali got us - the price range that he had given us for selling the property was above what we were expecting so we were a bit hesitant at first but he pulled it off and got us exactly what he said he would. We initially wanted to go with a different pricing strategy and he explained why he thought his strategy would be the best one to sell our property - and he was right! There had recently been another dual key in the complex for sale for 6 months which had not been able to achieve near what our price point was so I truely believe using the right agent made the difference on the sale of our property.
