When it came time to sell our home, we knew we wanted to choose an agent the same way we would hire the best employee for our business—based on market knowledge and previous sales results. We were soon introduced to Kat Tomlinson, whose communication was exceptional throughout the process. Despite never meeting face-to-face, her constant updates made us feel like we were right there with her. She listened to our concerns as the sale took longer than we had hoped, advised us on sensible marketing adjustments, and clearly explained buyer feedback from open homes so we always understood where things stood. We recognise the economy is in less than favourable times due to recession. This negatively impacted the expected sales price and the time to sell the property.
