Helped set up the house for presentation and there to lite the fire before an open home!!! :) Great contact with local tradesmen and council for that "odd" thing that needed a bit of alteration to help with the sale. Amazing knowledge of the local market and what to expect. Truthful, honest and a wonderful communicator with great weekly reports. Tash kept in constant touch. Letting us know at all times what the interest in the property was. She puts forward all offers and discusses pro and cons. We were incredibly happy how the whole process went and are happy a young family will enjoy the house as much as we have. I can say we made the best and a lucky choice when signing up with Tash.
