Communication throughout marketing campaign was excellent and the numbers who viewed at the many open days was very encouraging, especially the number of "repeat" viewers. Jack is adept at calming the waters in times of stress and guiding you through all the options. The auction itself is a very stressful time and the support during those long minutes was superb. To cap it all off, when looking to buy a new home, Jack asked me about the criteria that was important to me and must have listened very carefully. A few days later he suggested a property I had initially rejected through looking on line but he convinced me to check it out. 24 hours later I made an offer and after a couple of days more the property is going to be my new home, subject to a few minor standard conditions.
