Cares for clients and sets realistic expectations

The whole thought of selling with 2 young kids was very overwhelimg. Hannah worked around our schedule and was extremely flexible which we really appreciated. The appraisals were realistic which helped set our expectations and be more accurate with what we could afford for our next home. With this being a difficult market, I'm so thankful for the work Hannah put in to ensure a sale for us. She also took the time to give her opinion and guidance on homes we were looking at purchasing. She was not only invested in the sale of our property but genuinely cared about us finding the next place. Hannah's team were amazing as well, the staging, photos and video went so smooth and are such a lovely bunch.
