Karl and his team are very personable. Very focused on a good result. As always it is a team effort. In which Karl is team leader. There team keep in contact right throughout the sale make sure we are happy checking to see if there is any issue’s arising In the last couple of years we will have been a part of 4 property sales and a lease for purchase agreement.
