I had met Nadja at one of her open homes. I had described to Nadja what i was looking for and within a week Nadja had contacted me about a newly listed home in the East Coast Bays. It was a great property and was just what I had been looking for. We had negotiated a short settlement date (Christmas was looming) and I secured the property at Auction. My experience with Nicki was very postive. I wasn't the easiest person to deal with but she persevered and managed to get a really excellent sale - far better than I had feared in this market. She had a good grasp on what was going on in my area, and encouraged me to employ a house stager which made a big difference to the appearance of my home. We looked around OPEN HOME for about four months to find the good house for us and we met Grant by chance one day. Coming to thinking of it now, I think his regular newsletter service, which recommends a house in the area we`re looking for, was great and helpful.
