Recently we sold the properry of a decesased family member. A house sale is stressful and challenging at the best of times - more so when the emotion of a recent loss is factored in. Having engaged with Nadja in what was a very succcessful sale of a previous property - it was a no brainer to approach her and utilise her skills with this recent sale. If I was to sum up the 'majic sauce' Nadja brings it would be two fold - firstly direct, open and honest communication - and just as importantly - she just makes things easy... she takes the hastle out of selling. From recommending/ arranging staging, to 'prompting us' for any additional information she needed, to providing timely and meaningful weekly activity cummaries - we always knew where we stood and how the sale process was progressing. At the end of the day Nadja made a somewhat emotional, and at times chalenging sale bareable coupled with an appropriate outcome. You dont earn teh level of success Nadja has by being average - or even 'just good' ... she is GREAT and working with her again reinforced just how damn good she is. A huge Thanks Nadja !

Joe was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. Always accommodating our awkward schedules, as well as spearheading the sale while we were overseas, his communication never faltered even with difficult time-zone differences to work with. We listed very quickly, and sold at auction even faster in just 9 days thanks to Joe. There was clearly interest in the house, but Joe was able to turn this into real bidders in the room, making sure every enquiry was responded to and every potential buyer was included in the auction that was brought forward. Joe is honest, trustworthy and great to deal with. Highly recommended to sell your house!
