Nadja’s reputation precedes her and as we had a difficult house to sell – we only wanted Nadja to sell it. Our house was made of plaster and had no CCC and our section, although it was quarter of an acre, was not a straightforward development site. Nadja breezed in and was so enthusiastic, seeing all the positives to our place. The perceived difficulties did not faze her – she was up for the challenge. Nadja marketed our place very positively and the photos that were taken highlighted it’s features, making it look like a beautiful resort in Fiji. We trusted Nadja’s expertise as she took it to auction. We only had three half hour open homes, but it was enough to capture lots of interest, many groups came through and Nadja gave us feedback after each one, keeping us always in the loop. During the auction Nadja’s expertise and easy manner shone through as she negotiated a sale with a cash buyer in the room. We couldn’t believe it – we were in for the long haul, but it sold under the hammer! We can’t thank Nadja enough, she is awesome to deal with and made the sale of our difficult house such a quick, stress-free experience.

At our first meeting we had an open, frank, warts and all discussion about my property and because of the nature of the property it was decided the best way forward was to sell by auction. A plan and strategy were formulated and put in action to market it and this was adhered to. Joe’s advice on how to maximise both the land and house value was invaluable to me. His knowledge of the law and legalities of auction came to the fore when liaising with my solicitor and several potential bidders who all wanted different clauses either added or deleted to the conditions of sale. This was all done to everyone’s satisfaction but keeping my interests first and foremost leading to a successful result on auction day. Even if the sale had not been successful, I would still have had no hesitation in recommending Joe as his work and diligence left nothing to chance.

In mid September 2023 Nicki O'Sullivan provided me with an appraisal for my property at Unit 2, 189 East Coast Road. I was happy with the appraisal and so engaged Nicki to be my real estate salesperson. Nicki did a superb job from the beginning to the end sales time. She carefully explained to me the process every step of the way, and she provided me with good advice throughout.
