Nadja knows her stuff
Nadja is very experienced and knows the property market very well. This is especially useful when you are selling and buying in the same area. She has a no nonsense attitude and her communication is very good. You know she will always follow up and give sound, unbiased, advice. By the time we had met Nadja at two or three different viewings, she clearly understood what sort of property we were after. Consequently, she found us a place that we are extremely happy with and helped us 'get the deal over the line'. We highly recommend Nadja!

Smooth process with an excellence outcome

THOROUGHLY THOROUGH
That is what I would say about Joe Kennedy. He is a straight shooting tenacious and dedicated real estate agent - he never lets go and never gives up. His hard skills are great - he meticulously follows up on every little detail and keeps his client in the loop at all times. And his soft skills are equally impressive - he gets the balance just right of being a shoulder to lean on but also a bit of a task master - when needed. It was an emotional roller coaster for me to give up my home after so many years - thank you Joe for helping to smooth out the bumps. You made this painful transition phase in my life so much easier. I sure am going to miss your jaunty optimism and your delightful Irish brogue.

Excellent service in challenging market
After a review of 4 agents, I decided that Nicki would be best placed to sell my elderly mother's property of 20 years. Nicki had an excellent grasp of our requirements, was responsive, and always kept me informed. It was a tricky market at the time (markets down, interest rates high, and before NZ elections) but Nicki supported us with good advice, and we got the sale we were looking for. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicki.
