Martin helped us all the way till we finally get our new house. Such generous and well experienced person in his role. Any questions we ask or need his service he is always supportive and also giving us advice on what to follow step by step.

Straight forward
He was straight to the point and direct. Managed to sell our house despite a very quiet market. He seems to have a lot on his plate hence he may need to triple check appointments. There was a scheduled viewing for our house, we waited for 20mins or longer but there was no show, no text or call either, we were just waiting in our car. After half an hour I decided to txt martin to follow up and that was the only time he told me the viewer cancelled. Otherwise arizto agency as a whole was a good choice we were not pressured to price our house too high thi king of the high commission that needs to be deducted from it. Their system was very convenient everything done online For the service we got $7500 was definetely a bargain.
